About Dholera SIR
Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) is a greenfield industrial city located approximately 100 km south-west of Ahmedabad. Spread across 920 sq. km, with over 422 sq. km of developable land, Dholera is strategically positioned between Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, and Bhavnagar.

Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL)
DICDL is a Special Purpose Vehicle formed jointly by the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat to plan, develop, and implement the Dholera SIR project.
The SPV ensures streamlined governance, efficient project execution, and global-standard infrastructure development with joint equity participation from DSIRDA (51%) and NICDIT (49%).
